Brandy K. Chambers is an attorney and a mediator who believes that everyone should have a voice. Mrs. Chambers has dedicated her life to making sure that people are heard. As a mediator, she has listened carefully and crafted resolutions for people locked in conflict. As an employment attorney, she has worked to ensure that workers are treated fairly by their employers. She has supported rape victims as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for The Turning Point and has raised money for vulnerable children and families as a member of Attorneys Serving the Community. Today, she advocates for the elevation of women in the legal profession as a Co-VP of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association.
Mrs. Chambers is running for office because she believes that the rights of minorities and the disenfranchised are under attack. In the law, silence is acceptance, so as a public servant committed to justice and equality she will not be silent because she doesn’t accept inequality. She would like to use her legal acumen, mediation skills, and passion for equality in the service of the House of Representatives District 112 of Texas.
Mrs. Chambers lives in Garland, Texas with her wonderful husband of 9 years and their strong-willed 7-year-old daughter.
